Apart from God nothing is possible. We have all heard that so many times. He sustains our life and gives us every breath. He makes the sun shine and rise every morning. So many things I take for granted he has given all of us to sustain us.
When I pray I have a hard time actually somewhat shutting of my mind and try to listen to what God is trying to tell me in the word or just in general.I think many of us when we pray we do try to evade what God has for us, but I hold hard to that everything is for our good even though right now it doesn't seem like it. Everything is in hands and he will take care of us.
One of the things I love about God is how endless all of his qualities are. When I meditate on something like How much he loves us it is unfathomable. We will never be able to get to the bottom of his love, mercy, grace, glory,might and so on. Just another thought since we are saved today is the start of eternity, and when we finally are with Him in all his glory, every nanosecond, millisecond, and second will be better than the last because He is our endless God!
I just have a prayer request it is that same as my last one, but it is a lot worse that I thought it originally was. So is you can pray for my friend he is caught up in drinking and now I know other drugs. Also pray that I can get to see the light again.
